| Purpose
The purpose of this Exchange Programme, which is offered by CBRE and supported by RICS, is three-fold:
1. To offer eligible students the opportunity of general practice work experience in a CBRE office within the fastest growing region in the world;
2. To promote the Greater China region to students of relevant RICS-accredited university courses throughout the United Kingdom, with a long-term view towards permanent recruitment of overseas-educated graduates within the CBRE business in Greater China;
3. To reinforce the bond between CBRE and RICS, with each organization supporting the continuing education and recruitment objectives of the other.
