Willy Shee is the Chairman of CB Richard Ellis, Asia. Leading a team of over 3,000 real estate professionals, he works closely with the Asia Exco to set the direction on the expansion of the overall business of CB Richard Ellis throughout Greater Asia.  He liaises closely with Priority CRM Regional Clients to ensure cross border strategies are delivered to the highest standards throughout the region. In addition, Willy is also on the Asia Executive Committee that sets the guidelines for all new developments for CBRE’s Asia offices.

In his 30 years with CBRE, Willy has been the key to many of the industry’s record setting deals in Singapore. Prior to taking on this new role, Willy has been responsible for the growth of CBRE Singapore into one of the leading property consultancies on the island.

Prior to joining CBRE, Willy was the Acting Deputy Chief Valuer with the Singapore Inland Revenue Authority.

Willy has established himself as a superior negotiator with an excellent contact base with all major property players in Singapore. He has been credited with many of the top deals in Singapore.

Willy is frequently interviewed on television and in print about strategies for marketing and leasing properties in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
