Tom Southern is the President & CEO of CB Richard Ellis
inAustralia and New
Zealand. Prior to being appointed to this role (in July 2006) he held the position of Executive Managing Director, Australia. Tom's focus is on driving
the business forward, working closely with the CB Richard Ellis management team.
He is responsible for overseeing business operations across 24 offices, with
over 1100 employees.
Tom is also an active member of the Institutional Investment Properties team at CB Richard Ellis, which is widely recognised as the leading major property investment group in Australia. He regularly participates in cross border investments and has been successful in sourcing and completing a number of high profile transactions with global capital players from both Europe and South East Asia.
Tom is an honary member of the API and a member of the RICS.
Prior to moving to CB Richard Ellis in 1987, Tom worked for a major agency for eight years, based in London. |
