As CEO & Chairman of CB Richard Ellis – Asia Pacific, Rob Blain is responsible for CBRE’s activities in Asia Pacific.

Responsible for over 90 offices in 12 countries & some 7,000 employees, Rob’s primary focus is overseeing client activity in the Greater Asia region includingHong Kong, China, Taipei, Seoul, Singapore Japan, and India.  He also is a member of the Global Executive Board.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Rob has worked with the Colliers Jardine group where he commenced as Sales Director and then Regional Service Director until 1995.  From 1995 to 1998 he was Regional Investment Director based in Singapore.  In 1999 he was appointed Australia Director, and in 2000, Chief Executive – New South Wales.

Rob is currently based in Hong Kong since February 2002.
