Jim joined CBRE as Chief Financial Officer—Asia Pacific during June 2008.  He has more than twenty-five years of senior financial leadership experience in strategic planning, business planning, analysis of markets, asset allocation, corporate structure, capital strategy and raising capital.  He served as CFO for major real estate companies where he built and lead sophisticated financial infrastructures.  He provides expertise in building and motivating multi-cultural teams, reporting, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting along with an understanding of the complex mathematical models utilized in predictive analytics.

At CBRE he is responsible for financial management and control; overseeing all regional planning and forecasting activities, overseeing three CFOs and approximately 200 people in the finance function across the region; and managing key internal and external relationships.  Key initiatives include ensuring compliance with GAAP, identifying and hiring financial leaders, implementing procedures to comply with corporate policies, and cost containment for this Fortune 500 public company.
