To date, CB Richard Ellis' Global Sustainability Programs Group has completed LEED-EB certification applications on 45 buildings and has 70 more certifications underway. CB Richard Ellis has registered over 250 buildings under the US Green Building Council’s LEED-EB rating system and has 29 million square feet of LEED-EB projects under management. CB Richard Ellis was awarded the USGBC Leadership Award in 2008, and was also named as an EPA ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year in 2010.
